Hi we recently canceled our subscription on the same day because we realized it was the incorrect service we purchased. We only received a $86.00 dollar refund rather than the full $99. We also canceled the domain mapping but we were still not refunded the $13 dollars. Please advise.

Thank you for your response. I was trying to ensure I would receive the full 99 dollar refund rather than just the 86?

No we already owned the domain and I thought we would be able to migrate it over. It was too complicated to do so we just decided to delete the whole plan all together.

I’ve refunded the remaining $13 for you, as well.
Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
