  I would like to cancel my subscription and delete my blog. Could you let me know how I can achieve this? Also when would I receive my membership amount back? Thanks

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account. If you bought an upgrade using a different username you will need to log in as that username to cancel the upgrade. Then you can cancel it via the Purchases page:
