Cancellation

I have done this several times already and am getting nowhere.
I have no transaction ID, activation url or key, and have not set up a 2 factor authentication code (whatever that is). So account recovery is not working.
I have however just been billed for the renewal of something I do not want.
It is clearly very easy for WordPress to take my money, but (predictably) the devils own job to stop them. It seems impossible to speak with a human being rather than a machine. I may get a reply to this email but cannot reply to the reply.
Anyone ever read Kafka?
There is a phone number but that only directs you back to the website.
