Cancellation

    I have tried to cancel my account multiple times and it hasn’t worked. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi there,

    What exactly are you trying to cancel? I see you used to have a Premium plan and domain, but those were cancelled in July already.

    If you want to delete your site completely, you can do that via My Site ->Settings.

    Your username account itself cannot be deleted, but you can remove all personal information you added and disable the account if you no longer want to use it:
