  Hello, I wish to cancel my subscription. Please tell me how I do this and how I receive a refund.

  Howdy!

  You’re able to cancel any of the upgrades on your account via Manage Purchases. Once you do that a refund will be initiated. It can take up to 7 business days for it to post into your account.
