  Hi, I cancelled the domain mapping as it wasn’t needed and i was informed I’d get a refund within 7-10 working days. This was done the same day the payment was taken, can I get an update on when this should be expected back into my account?

  Hi –

  The domain mapping refund was not automatically triggered. I’ve processed it now. It should only take a few days to reach your account, but sometimes it does take up to ten days.
