  I cancelled my pro plan and domain name as it did not allow me to do what i needed – i did this about 5 min after i took it out and it said a full refund was due. It hasn’t been refunded though and i am still owed £100. Please can you refund the rest.

  Do you wish to use the domain URL on another site?
  Or do you wish to give it up completely?

  I am asking because when one let’s a domain URL go they cannot instantly register it somewhere else. There is a lengthy wait for the domain name registrar to release it.
