  Hi, I have cancelled my upgrade to personal and also cancelled my domain name, but it seems to have only refunded £8. Will I get the £22 back too as I cancelled within a day. Thanks.

  Hi there – many thanks for your reply.

  I’ve tried to do that, but the link you gave me directs me straight back here to the “ask a question in our forums page”.

  I don’t seem to be able to get back to the support page – is it because I cancelled my personal membership and support is not available to free members?

  @jasonayres1970 that is correct.
  For free members the submission from https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/, is posted here on the public forums.

  However if you need staff help you can add the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar, so that this thread gets the staff’s attention.

  I’ve just refunded the remaining £22 and you can view a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process and show up on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
