I made a mistake yesterday and i cancelled my purchase.
I’m not ready to create my own blog.
Can you tell me if the cancellation is ok?

I made a mistake yesterday and i cancelled my purchase.
The plan and domain on your account have been cancelled — did you cancel them in error? If we act quickly I can restore the domain, otherwise it will be released in a few days time.
Which option would you prefer?

You had already paid for the plan but it was refunded after you cancelled. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process and show in your account.
