  I cancelled yesterday and I want to know when can I expect my money in my bank

  I’m not sure about exact date the money should reach your account. However, you don’t need to worry anymore if your refund was issued correctly, and the staff said “3-5 business days”.

  If the money doesn’t reach even after a while, it should be the issue of your bank. You can contact your bank directly for more information.

  Oh you’re not apart of the staff? I’m sorry. I was hoping to get an answer from the actual staff. Sorry for the confusion, still getting used to this thing. I was hoping one of the staff members could chime in and respond. Yeah, if you don’t really know when exactly I should recieve my refund, that’s okay, but I really preferred a response from the staff because they could provide me with more insight :)

  I see that we have processed a full refund for the WordPress.com Premium upgrade on nicolettegarlon.com for $99. Typically it takes about ten days for the funds to reach you. International refunds can take longer. If you experience any delays it is best to contact your bank as they will be able to tell you when they will process the funds in to your account.

  I just received my refund yesterday( Friday) -it certainly did not take 10 days for it to reach me being that I canceled on Tuesday earlier last week! I would definitely let people know that to expect their refund within 3-5 business days.
