I didn’t want to renew my account and now it’s taken £84 out. Can you cancel and refund it please?

Yep, I am happy to help you get sorted. The account you’ve used here though doesn’t have any upgrades or charges associated with it.
Are you able to sign in to the account where the charge was made? Post back here for me and I can have a look.
If not, check your email. We send a receipt notification for renewals and charges, and in that note, there’s mention of which site it is for. Let me know which site is mentioned in that email.

We believe you that you’ve been charged, but you have not been charged via this account with the username chattibutterfly, as this account has never bought any upgrades on WordPress.com. If you had, those upgrades would be listed on your Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/, and you would see receipts for past payments in your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/. We don’t even have credit card details on file for the account you’re using to post here.
In order to refund your payment we need to 1) know for which WordPress.com account the payment was made, and 2) need the refund request to come from that account, as that account is the owner of the upgrade.
So can you please tell us on what site did you buy this Premium Plan that renewed? And can you please log in as the username that owns that site and comment here to confirm?
