You can manage all your upgrades and purchases from the Manage Purchases section of your profile menu. Since you subscribed today, you’ll receive a full refund :)

I don’t see any upgrades ever purchased on the account you’re contacting us from. Do you have another account that made the purchase? If so, please log in to that account and contact us again to help you cancel and refund your purchase.
