  Hi,

  My friend has a WordPress site.

  Her log in e-mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  She paid for premium membership but forgot to cancel it.

  She has graduated now and the email is no longer accessible.

  Is there a way you can cancel her subscription and get a refund?
