The account you’re using to post here does not appear to own any upgrades here on WordPress.com which would need any kind of fees.
For what plan on what site do you need help with? If you can give the url for the site you need to help with, one of us on the forum can help you with a few steps or tag a staff member to assist you further if needed.

Thanks for the response mywritingmuscle. As you can from the cut and paste from my bill, I paid $300 for a 12-month subscription on my account and I want to cancel my account. I moved my web site lifeimpactcoaching.com to another host, with a developer.
Thoughts?

Thanks for getting in touch. It’s not possible for us to process a refund for the payment that occurred on 2018-11-05 . We’re only able to process a refund for 30 days after purchase or renewal.
