    If you have a domain registered here with WordPress.com , here is how you can cancel what you no longer need. Please follow the instructions provided in the link below:

    The above steps should be able to help you cancel what you no longer need by yourself. In case you find it difficult to cancel it on your own, I am also tagging staff with modlook on this thread to assist you in this situation. Someone from the staff will reach you shortly.

    It will also be helpful for the staff to assist you more efficiently if you can confirm the domain name or site address you wish to cancel in a reply to this post.

    What domain do you wish to cancel? The account you’re using to post here has never owned any domains on WordPress.com.

    However, I do see you had a Personal Plan with us that recently renewed.

    We offer a full refund on all upgrades if you contact us within 30 days, but in this case it appears that you also disputed the charge with your bank. When you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee.     It appears the dispute has since been cancelled, so we might be able to refund your payment ourselves now. Or else we can restore the Personal Plan to your site. Please let us know which you’d prefer.
