The account you used to post here has never bought anything from us. I see you have also since deleted this account, so you won’t be able to reply here again.
If you’ve bought an upgrade for a site hosted on WordPress.com, log into the account that you used to do that. Then you’ll be able to cancel any upgrades in the refund period from the Purchases page, or you’ll be able to open a support ticket where a staff member can help you do it.
