  I’m wanting to cancel my account. My credit card was charged on October 6, 2019 via auto-renew. Can I please be refunded?

  Hi there!

  You have 30 days to cancel and obtain a refund for your plan (96h for your domain). I don’t see any purchases made from the account that you’re reaching us from, though.
