  Due to health problems, (my Cancer is back), I need to cancel my subscription. I was charged $97 – TWICE, and need to have that refunded, please.

  Sure thing, we can help you get this straightened out. I’ve reviewed the account that you’re using here though, and no purchases have ever been made from it.

  That indicates that the purchases came from a different user account. Do you have the emailed receipt from us? It should say which site you were billed for. Share that information with us here so we can help you get signed in to the right account.

  I’ll send you a copy of my PayPal account, Boy, I’ll tell ya, I can’t afford 2 – $97 payments,…..not even one!! I live on Social Security – not easy. I’ve been looking on line for things to do, and sometimes I get a little over-rambunctious!! (days I’m feeling well).
