Cancellation

    Hi! I have made a subscription purchase on the 5th of May, however I had a change of heart and cancelled it withing 24 hours. I have read the policies and I should get back all my payments within 10 business days, which is due tomorrow, but I didn’t receive anything. Could you please advise when can I expect the payment?

    Have you seen anything posted to your account since posting yesterday? We processed the refund back to you on 5/15 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us.

    I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the quick response.
    I have contacted my bank and they confirmed that I have a refund, which will appear on my bank statement in a couple of days.
    However, it’s not the for the total amount. In total I had 3 cancellations, is it possible that I will receive one of them only later? Could you please confirm that WordPress has initiated the refund for all of my cancellations?

  • There was only one paid product, and one cancellation, under the account you’re currently logged in to: the WordPress.com Personal Plan for http://mattenoirblog.wordpress.com

    Did you make any cancellations under other accounts?
