Cancellation

Hello there,
We need help with cancellation.
We want to cancel our 1 year premium subscription.
When we first signed up for our 12+ blogs we thought we would have options to SEO and the freedom to select the ADs we desire to use. However we would need a business account to do any plugins or installation of SEO apps/programs.
It’s past the 30 day mark since we have created the blogs.
Is there anyway to cancel for a refund? Or is this impossible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
