  I cancelled my account a few weeks ago and was told I would get a refund, it’s been a while now and I still haven’t received anything. When will the money be returned to my bank account?

  Hi there,

  According to our records your refund is complete and has been processed by your credit card company.

  If you are unable to see it on your statement with your provide the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to your institution so that they have the info they need to trace the refund on their end.
