I received an email stating you have cancelled my subscription but I just made a payment earlier today. Please let me know why it was cancelled?

Hi there,
That domain is not registered or hosted with us.
You bought a premium plan and domain transfer for that domain on 17 September. But you never provided us with an authorisation code from your current domain provider to start that transfer.
Then on 16 October you filed a chargeback against us with your bank for your 17 September payment, as a result of which the premium plan and domain transfer upgrade were removed from your account.
I see you’ve since paid the chargeback fee and bought a new premium plan for your site. If you still want to transfer that domain to us, go to My Site ->Manage ->Domains ->Add. Select the option to use a domain you already own, and select the domain transfer option.
Then make sure you complete the rest of the transfer process as explained here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
Until you complete that process and receive an email from us stating that the domain is now registered with us, the domain remains registered with your current domain provider.

That looks like a confirmation from your domain registrar that they have set your domain’s nameservers to point to WordPress.com. You would do that if you wanted to set up Domain Mapping as a method of using your existing domain with your WordPress.com site:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
Is that what you would like to do? Or are you looking to transfer registration of your domain to WordPress.com?
