    I need to cancel this renewal and get refund

    Hi there,

    Of what upgrade, and on which site, are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites and has never bought any upgrades from us.

    To cancel and refund a renewal, you must be logged in as the account that owns the upgrade in question.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
