Cancellation!

    I emailed and waited on chat for someone for over an hour yesterday or the day before, either way, in time to cancel theoretically. I wanted to cancel my auto renewal of my account because I need the money so desperately right now and, it came out anyway. PLEASE REMEDY THIS QUICKLY!!!!

  • Hi there, I can see you emailed back and forth with support this weekend, and they mentioned you’re likely logged into the wrong account. That is true still.

    Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received renewal notifications and what not? Or, send a link to the site. I do not see any purchases associated with this account.

  • Ah I read further down in your correspondence. I can confirm that site is under a different account.

    Please do check your other addresses for renewal reminders and what not. Log in using the one that has them.
