  I don’t wish to renew the domain and wordpress blog but the new cycle payment has been deducted. How do I stop this and get a refund?

  Hi there,

  This will depend on when was your domain renewed.
  The window for domain refunds is 96 hours, and for the WordPress.com plans 14 days. You can find more at this link: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  By going to Upgrades -> Purchases, and then selecting your domain or a plan, you can disable the auto-renew button. If you are still inside a refund window, you should be able to see the refund option there as well.
