    I need to cancel this account immediately.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hey there, no problem; we just need to get that site downgraded properly so you can delete it.

    Since you have added at least one third party theme or plugin, I need to tell you the downgrade will remove that and you will lose content associated with those. Can you confirm this is fine with you? If you need anything from the site, please export the site and media first:
