Hi-id like to cancel and request a refund. it does not show up in my ‘purchases’ but my credit card has been charged

Please make sure you are logged in with the WordPress.com account that owns the upgrades. Every WordPress.com charge should show up in the ‘Purchases’ menu: https://wordpress.com/purchases/subscriptions/

If you are not sure why a charge was made, please use the following tool to look up any purchases from WordPres.com:

Hi there,
The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you. If you own an upgrade with WordPress.com, it was bought under a different account.
Please follow the steps above to find our which account it’s for you don’t know.
Please tag questions like this for staff as we ask in the volunteer guidelines. Then we can check first whether there might be any upgrades in the account, before directing the user to open a new support ticket with the billing support team.

@kokkieh, thank you for the feedback and I will. I also jut re-read the volunteer guidelines, since I didn’t realize these kind of questions have to be tagged for Staff and saw this:
With domain, refund, and billing-related questions and renewal problems, feel free to answer, but still tag the thread as well so we can double check. If our help is not needed we’ll just remove the tag without a reply.
