I created a site and accidentally clicked for my domain to be transferred from another hosting company to wordpress now my site shows coming soon and I cant do anything there. I need to cancel this and get a refund. No longer want the site

What is the URL of the site that has the upgrade connected to it? I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

hairbeautiq.wordpress.com is the wordpress account. Ive done it tru woocommerce and $7 was deducted on 17/07/2021

You’ll be able to cancel it after you’re logged into the account that owns the subscriptions (it’s not
