    Hi. I cancelled my subscription, was charged 63$ but only refunded 45, just inquiring about the difference. Thank you.

    Hi there!

    When you purchased the Starter plan, it looked like you also indicated you wanted to transfer in the domain mcelhineyandmatson.com. Unfortunately, we don’t automatically refund the cost of the domain in these instances because the domain may be mid-transfer.

    I just checked on our end and the transfer was never initialized. Since it’s still within our refund window, I refunded that $18 back to you. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
