    Ken Lipinski Here. I had cancelled my account for Word Press about a year ago. But, I still receive correspondences and was even charged an annual fee. Please unsubscribe me from your company and remove me from further billings

    But can you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment?

    Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.
