  Hi, please can you let me know if we can cancel our monthly subscription at any time if we were to purchase a package? I see that within 7 days it can be cancelled, but does this refer to 7 days after the 1st initial payment only, or 7 days after ANY subsequent monthly billing cycles?

  The monthly payment options allow for a refund when the plan gets cancelled with in 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal. The plan can get cancelled at any point. Each monthly renewal can only be refunded with in 7 days of the renewal. Does that help?
