  I have just noted that I am billed £84 every year for this site and have recently paid it in January 2023. I dont and have never used this site since minimally creating it. I need to cancel it please and if possible have this years fees refunded. I do use wordrpress for a different site which is http://www.entrepreneursity.com which is amazing and I am happy with WordPress I just dont need this site,

  Hi there!

  I’m not showing any recent charges under your virtualvillage2020 user account – the last charge was made on 2021-02-18. Additionally, the website entrepreneursity.com is not hosted here at WordPress.com.

  To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  It sounds like you may have had an upgrade for a website hosted elsewhere? You might want to reach out to that hosting provider for help and see if they’re able to do anything with that recent charge.
