    Hi. I had no idea this was on auto renewal and do not need this website. Can you please cancel the purchase as it is within 14 days of taking payment? Thank you.

    Hi there!

    I see that a domain registration was renewed automatically, and the refund period for domains is 96 hours. You are still within the refund period to get a refund. However, you are posting from a different WordPress.com account than the one where the domain was registered.

    We’ve replied to the email you sent us and asked for the transaction ID for this payment, which you can find on your credit card statement. Please reply to the email with the transaction ID or fill out the account recovery form here. Do not post the transaction ID here, as it’s a public forum viewable by anyone.

    Once you’ve replied with the transaction ID, we can help with canceling the domain getting a refund.
