    Hello, I am a complete novice and have cancelled my plan this morning. I purchased my domain causewaycomputers.co.uk from Google yesterday and began to start my web build but got stuck with ‘transfer’ procedures. Do I need to actually transfer?

    Are you planning to use your domain somewhere else? When you have a WordPress.com plan, you can connect the domain:
    https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

    If you don’t plan to use your domain with us here at WordPress.com, there’s no other action you need to take here.

    I’d love to learn more about your vision for the site and better understand any roadblocks you faced if you would like to reconsider the cancelation.
