No worries, I can help you with this.
I’m not seeing that your domain or plan have yet been canceled, so that probably accounts for why the refund hasn’t happened yet. But again, easily fixed.
First off, can I ask what didn’t work about WordPress.com for you? Is there anything I can assist with or help you figure out?
Secondly, please be aware that if you intend to use the accessibleaccreditation.blog URL in the future, I would encourage you to NOT cancel/refund the domain portion of your WordPress.com purchase. Canceling a domain is not like returning something to the store where it just gets put back on the shelf. It can take a fair amount of time before the URL is released to be available again. And even then, it can be grabbed by domain squatters snap up expired or canceled domains to try and ransom them back to you. Now, if you have no plans for the URL in the future, then there is nothing to worry about. But if you do, please consider just using these instructions to point your domain to whatever host you end up using:

And then down the road, you can transfer registration of the domain to another registrar if you wish:
