    I cannot cancel my wordpress, and I was just charged $115. I called my credit card company because it does not show in my purchase history.

    First, I want to make sure that those charges are associated with WordPress.com. To check that, please fill out this form: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

    If the charges are indeed associated with our service, you probably have another account with us. To access that other account and cancel any upgrades, you can provide us with a transaction ID as proof of ownership. To retrieve that, please follow the instructions in the guide below.
