Cancellation

    Hi,

    I had an account under ec nutrition that was set up in 2017. Last year I cancelled the site or thought I did but have just seen 54e taken from my bank account. I don t use this domain and would like to permanently cancel and be reimbursed my money please.

    I hhave cancelled my website so it doesn’t exist anymore. However I have been charged 54 euro on the 28th of February. The charge is from WordPress. I have no account so I can’t ‘cancel & be refunded’ I also don’t have an option to speak to an advisor as I don’t actually have an account.

    I ddon’t know what else to do right now?
