Cancellation

    I no longer have a site with WordPress.com. It was transferred over to a WordPress.org account, but the name stayed the same. A few weeks ago, I got an email saying I would be billed for the renewal. I went in to cancel it, and it said that there was no billing information saved any longer. I am looking in my old account, and it does not show a billing history, but I was charged $191.88 on 3/9/2024. I cannot figure out how to cancel this completely without affecting the WordPress.org account. Can you help me?

    Could you please enter the charge details on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com? This will show you what the charge is for. Additionally, you can submit them to our billing team, who will review the details and help you via email with canceling the subscription.
