Cancellation and Charge for This Account

    We received a chargeback on 9/9/22 for $99 from WordPress and we officially canceled our plan early in 2022. Was wondering why this was charged and can this be refunded? Thanks!

    Hi there,

    I am not currently seeing a chargeback under your account nor am I seeing a charge for $99. I see a charge for the Business Plan from a year ago, but nothing recent for that amount. Do you happen to have another WordPress.com account?
