Since I am unable to complete the site, I again, asking for a full refund and closure of my account, I am not able to get the kind of help that I need
I asked for the same over a month ago with no success.
Thank you.

You asked the same a month ago and only 22 hours ago. But in both cases you never followed up and never gave the information Staff was asking you for!
What is the URL of the WordPress.com associated with the upgrade you are trying to refund?
The reason why I ask is because I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from.
This occurs when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade.

According to whois info your site seems to be hosted By Bluehost. Also visiting your site brings me to Bluehost. You must contact Bluehost support to solve this problem.

Hello,
As staartmees mentions, the domain trincipro.com is not registered or hosted with WordPress.com.
Instead, it looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another web host. In this case, that host is BlueHost. So you will need to contact their support team in order to inquire about a refund:

If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress.org software you can read this article:
