Cancellation and full refund

My bank account was charged with no warning, not happy about this! I would like my account completely closed and receive a FULL REFUND. I no longer wish to keep my domain as this website was never set up.

Canceling domains
It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Your account shows uniquebeaddesigns.com recently auto renewed and you disputed the payment to WordPress.com. As a result, PayPal has issued a chargeback against us:
When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades are removed and your site is locked until either you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback. Once the fee is paid or the chargeback has been cancelled, your account returns to normal.
I’ll be happy to issue a refund but the dispute will need to be cancelled through the PayPal Resolution Centre first. Until then, the payment is locked from our side.

I have tried to call the [redacted] customer service number and there is no LIVE person to speak to. Again, I would like my website and domain cancelled for a full refund.

There is no phone support here at WordPress.COM and you are not contacting our Staff when using that number.

cancelled through the PayPal Resolution Centre first. Until then, the payment is locked from our side.

Of course. First you need to address the fact that you created a chargeback as though a fraud took place when none had taken place. All upgrades are auto renewed as stated here https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#auto-renew

The phone number you mentioned provides the option to leave a voicemail but we don’t offer phone support. These forums are where we provide support for sites using the Free plan. Our paid plans include email and Live Chat support.

I had purchased the domain through wordpress.com and then upgraded it so that was a charge of $48 twice… and then i canceled the upgrade, it I was refunded $22… so now I’m at a loss of what to do next. I wish there was an undo button.

You should have received notification from PayPal that I have cancelled my dispute. It would be greatly appreciated if you return my money to my account as quickly as you took it out.
