Cancellation and Payment Refund?

    Hello, I purchased this site a year ago and forgot to cancel cell it. Yesterday March 26 I saw on my bank account the my membership was renew and would like to see if there is any way I could get my refund f and cancel ‘My Site.’
    My e-mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    We can help with a refund, though. We just need you to log into the correct account first.

    Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.
