Cancellation and refund

Hello,
Recently I subscribed for Domain Mapping for $13. Not long after I upgrade my plan to Premium plan for $79 and then upgraded again to Business Plan for $199. However I cancelled my plan but only able to cancel and refund the $199 receipt. How do i cancel the $79 and $13 receipt as I did not see any cancellation and refund link. All purchases are made between 2hours.
Looking forward for the solution.

My username is Chestercc88. I linked tripzy.my to my tripzymy.wordpress.com after subscribing to Domain Mapping using the same username. Later, I upgraded my plan to Premium then to Business 1hour later.

If I may know, how long will the staff fix this problem as there are no possible ways to contact the staff directly.

the staff will fix things when they get to the forum – sorry I don’t have the staff schedule on when they check in the forum – they will leave a reply here when they address your issues – they will also send you an email if there are private things not suitable for the forum

May I know what is the status of my issue? How may I know if the staff have looked into my problem?

I checked your account and found that the refund was issued, you can check the receipts at:
https://wordpress.com/me/billing
Please keep in mind, it can take several days for a refund to appear on your bank statement. You can check more information about refunds below:

I am aware that my subscription for Business package has been cancelled. However, I am unable to cancel my Premium package as I could not find the link to request for a refund and I am still being charge for the Premium package. Can you help me on that carinapillar?
