Cancellation and refund

  I am wanting to cancel my account, but I can’t seem to find where to do that. Please send me through email any necessary forms, along with refund information. Thank you. The blog name is my3crazykids.com

  Below is information on how you can deactivate your account, you can do this on your own. I would recommend that you first consider that once deactivated, you can never reuse its WordPress.com address again.

  Here are several other options rather than deleting your site forever –
  1) Change site’s address and keep your content: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  2) Make the site private, only people you invite are able to see it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  3) Delete old posts and continue using the same address: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#deleting-posts

  4) Transfer your site to someone else: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

  5) You may also empty the site of all content and start over using the same address: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  I have tried to do everything in that help topic section. There is no delete site button like they are saying. Not sure where to go from here

  Correct, there is no button, find the column on the left side of your page
  Locate the “Settings” (gear image)
  Click > Settings
  Scroll down to the last box on this page (https://wordpress.com/settings/general/my3crazykids.com), and the final option is “Delete Site”.
  You will see a “>” on the right side, click that and you should be able to move forward.

  I think it worked. Is there anyway for someone to check and make sure as well as to check on any refund that may need processed? I appreciate the help
