cancellation and refund

  I cancelled our last payment on 7th June as we no longer use wordpress. I had a message to say we would have a refund within 14 days but can’t see anything on this site when I login. Please confirm that this has been done.

  I cancelled our subscription on 7th June and at the time had a message which said we would be refunded within 14 days. Unfortunately I didn’t save this message.
