Cancellation and Refund

Hi there,
I cancelled my subscription and domain name, but never got an email confirming this. It has disappeared from my website, the premium subscription has definitely been removed, but I did not get a confirmation. After having a quick look online, I noticed that I should have cancelled it in the ‘manage purchases’ section in order to activate the refund. I can see that I am entitled to a refund within 30 days or renewing by subscription, but I am not quite sure what to do from there. I look forward to getting an answer. It looks like a refund wasn’t issued when the plan was cancelled — sorry about that. I’ve just refunded the full amount to you and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

The money should reach your account in 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
