Cancellation and Refund

My apologies for adding another thread to the other forum! I didn’t understand how the Support Forum worked. I would like to figure out how to get my refund on my site. I had paid $48 twice – purchase the domain for the year, and then upgraded. I got a refund for $22, but I would like to just cancel and undo everything. Can you look into this?

the domain URL was http://www.whiskandwhim.com
I did check my billing history. It’s not 100% adding up.

First, please confirm on whether or not you have plans to use the domain whiskandwhim.com again in the future or on another service? If so, we don’t want to cancel that.

Hi there – Ah crap. we do plan to use whiskandwhim.com again in the future but I wanted to transfer it to a different hosting server (bluehost). Did I make a huge error by cancelling that? Basically, I would like to do the refund on everything that I did last night trying to create everything on wordpress.com and instead migrate it to wordpress.org and self host via bluehost.

I’ve restored the domain. You won’t lose that now. Once the domain is 60 days old you can transfer it to another service. In the meantime, you’ll be able to point it anywhere you want through the name servers.

Everything has been refunded but the $26 which covers your domain registration. You made a total payment of $96 to us and you can expect $70 coming back.
