  I have cancelled my subscription on 15/02/2019. I would like to know by when I will get refund?

  Hey @vedaantk,

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  You can directly contact the bank with transaction ID printed on the refund receipt should help them find it.

  We are trying to cancel as we are finding the web building tools unusable. Every time we try to cancel it says “not allowed” and its only been a few hours. What do we need to do?

  @randynikkelschroeder, please don’t post into threads created by other users, and please always include a link to the site you need help with.

  It looks like you’ve already cancelled all upgrades on your account, and we’ve processed your refund. You should receive it in about ten business days, depending on processing times at your bank.
