  Hi there! I just want to ensure that I have cancelled and will be refunded for the auto renewal that went through on 5/19. I was unaware that the renewal would be automatic and I unfortunately did not end up using this domain. Thanks so much!

  The refund was sent today.

  Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
