Cancellation and Refund

    I need to cancel with WordPress and get a refund because paid up for year or so and cancel all the plugin subscriptions

    There are no WordPress.com sites or purchases under your account, I believe you are talking about a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
